Refund Policy

Thanks for checking out this page. Our refund policy is simple. If you can’t make it, call us at least 24 hours in advance and we will gladly reschedule.

If you are going to late, give us a call and let us know so we can inform our instructors. For private lessons, our instructors will most likely be able to wait for you, but may have to condense the lesson a little.

For open group lessons, if you miss the starting time, you can schedule a private lesson for the next available time and pay the price difference.

Requests to change bookings within 5 hours of the start time require a $35 change fee.

No refunds for "no-show".

Safety is very important to us. Although stand up paddling is a blast rain or shine, if conditions are hazardous, we will let you know before in advance and will gladly reschedule your lesson for another time. If a reschedule isn't possible, you will receive a full refund.
